Spend a day in Salzburg, the fourth largest city in Austria, famed for its old world glamour, made all the more striking by the majestic backdrop of snow-capped Alps.

This tour is divided into two parts. The first part is a guided orientation tour (English speaking guide) of the historic Old Town lasting between 90 minutes and 2 hours.
After the guided tour, you have free time for approximately 3 hours to visit sites of your choice assisted by maps and advice provided by your tour guide. During this time at leisure you should take the opportunity to purchase some lunch. Every one then meets up at an agreed time and place for the return train journey back to Munich.
This activity runs from April 1st to October 31st (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Sundays) and from November 1st to March 31st (Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays) and the start time is 0915h (9:15 am). The entire tour lasts 10 hours: so be prepared for a day of fun!
