The Blue Man Group is a creative organization founded by Phil Stanton, Chris Wink, and Matt Goldman – a trio of mute performers – who present themselves in blue grease paint, latex bald caps, and black clothing.
They are famous for their shows and theatric spectacles that combine music and multimedia elements, resulting in a very original form of entertainment.
Although it is impossible to describe, people from all ages agree that their shows are a very exciting and different experience that leaves the audience in a euphoric and marveled state. Without saying even a word, the group can be appreciated by people of any age, culture and language.
The Group’s theatrical acts incorporate rock music, odd props, audience participation, sophisticated lighting, and large amounts of paper. The shows are family-oriented, humorous, and energetic.
The Blue Max Theatre is the former Imax movie complex in Berlin, which was made into a permanent home for the Blue Man Group.

The Berlin production involves new material specific to Berlin, as well as the Group’s signature acts involving paint, light, drumming and several incredible and unique musical instruments.

The shows happen daily (except Monday) and it lasts three hours, but the start time varies depending on the days of operation.
